Michelle’s journey started off as a paralegal where her passion for property law was ignited. Michelle quickly realised that she wanted a career as a property lawyer and enrolled to study part-time all the while continuing as a full-time paralegal. Having successfully completed her studies, Michelle was admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer. During Michelle’s years as a paralegal she was introduced to property developments. After years of gaining experience and forming long standing relationships within the industry, Deeds Registries and Local Authorities, Michelle Chavkin Attorneys was founded.
Kelly, an admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer, joined the firm in 2023 as an Associate and is now a Director. Kelly has written numerous articles on various legal topics.
Together, Michelle and Kelly bring their passion and enthusiasm for property and life to the Practice.
